About These Terms and Acceptance

This website, jungle-calling.com, is operated by PAME INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED under the Jungle Calling brand. In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “Jungle Calling,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PAME INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, related online services, customer accounts, subscriptions, purchases, promotions, rewards programs, and other programs we make available.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer and sell our products.

When an order, account, subscription, promotion, or program enrollment flow clearly displays a notice and link to these Terms, you agree to these Terms by clicking the applicable button or otherwise affirmatively indicating your agreement.

Mere browsing of the website, by itself, does not constitute acceptance of any provision for which applicable law requires affirmative assent.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy, and any applicable offer, subscription, rewards, ambassador, or other program-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

Please review the applicable terms before placing an order or enrolling in a program.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make purchases from us or enroll in a subscription.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, shipping, and account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You may not use another person's account without permission.

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Subject to applicable law, we may suspend or close an account that we reasonably determine is fraudulent, abusive, compromised, or being used in material violation of these Terms.

Pet Product Information and Veterinary Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, feeding guidance, photographs, weights, quantities, pricing, and availability information.

Product packaging, ingredients, suppliers, sourcing, appearance, or presentation may change where permitted by law, and minor variations may occur because of normal manufacturing processes, ingredient variation, packaging updates, or display settings.

Our dog treats and other pet products are intended for pets as indicated on the applicable product page or packaging and are not intended for human consumption.

Not every product is suitable for every pet.

Please review the ingredients, texture, feeding guidance, storage instructions, product description, warnings, and other safety information on the product page and packaging before use.

Pet treats, foods, chews, toppers, and similar products are not substitutes for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

Information provided through our website, communications, or educational content is general information and is not veterinary advice.

Consult a veterinarian regarding your pet's individual health, allergies, sensitivities, medication, disease, dental condition, dietary restrictions, or therapeutic diet.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for product descriptions, labeling, safety, or any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Safe Use of Treats and Chews

You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your pet's size, age, condition, dietary needs, and chewing behavior and for following applicable label directions and warnings.

Supervise your pet when feeding treats or using chews that may present a choking, ingestion, dental, or injury hazard.

Provide access to fresh water and discontinue use when a product becomes too small, damaged, compromised, or otherwise unsafe for your pet.

If you are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for your pet, consult your veterinarian before use.

Nothing in this section eliminates or limits responsibility that applicable product-safety, consumer-protection, or product-liability law does not allow us to exclude.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance.

Orders are subject to:

• payment authorization;
• product availability;
• address verification;
• fraud-prevention review;
• applicable quantity limits; and
• our acceptance of the order.

To the extent permitted by law, we may reject or cancel an order, limit quantities, or refuse a transaction where we reasonably believe the transaction is fraudulent, abusive, intended for unauthorized resale, or affected by an obvious pricing, inventory, coupon, promotional, or listing error.

If an issue affects your order, we may contact you using the information you provided.

We will not charge a materially increased price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items and any other amounts required to be refunded under applicable law.

Prices, Taxes, Promotions, and Errors

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed or calculated at checkout before you submit your order.

Prices may change before an order is accepted.

Promotional codes, discounts, free gifts, bundles, subscription offers, loyalty rewards, referral rewards, free-shipping offers, and other promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, minimum spending requirements, dates, quantity limits, geographic restrictions, product exclusions, usage limits, and combination restrictions.

We may correct obvious typographical, pricing, inventory, coupon, or system errors before accepting an order.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable offer, promotions and price changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.

Subscription price changes are addressed in the subscription provisions below.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Order processing, shipping destinations, shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, delivery estimates, shipping delays, missing or damaged packages, our final-sale rules, authorized product returns, product-quality and safety claims, replacement options, and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address, modify an order, or request cancellation.

Changes may not be possible after processing or fulfillment has begun.

For purchases made through Amazon or another third-party retailer, ordinary return and refund requests should generally be directed to the original seller under that seller's policies.

You may still contact Jungle Calling regarding a legitimate product-quality or safety concern.

Nothing in these Terms or our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or restricted.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

If we offer Subscribe & Save, Subscribe & Bundle, or another recurring purchase plan, the enrollment flow will disclose the material recurring terms applicable to the subscription before enrollment.

These may include:

• the recurring nature of the subscription;
• renewal or delivery frequency;
• recurring price or applicable subscription discount;
• billing method;
• any applicable minimum commitment or eligibility requirement;
• how to skip, pause, modify, or cancel; and
• other material terms of the subscription.

We will obtain affirmative consent where required by applicable law and provide any acknowledgment of the subscription terms and cancellation method required by law.

By enrolling, you authorize Jungle Calling and our payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring orders until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.

Your subscription continues until canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

We will provide renewal reminders, annual reminders, trial or promotional notices, material-change notices, fee-change notices, and cancellation methods where required by applicable law.

Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You may manage available subscription options through your subscription account, including skipping, pausing, modifying, or canceling where those options are offered.

Where required by applicable law, customers who enroll online will be provided an online cancellation method without unreasonable obstruction or delay.

Subscription changes, skips, pauses, or cancellations must be completed before the applicable cutoff displayed for your next order.

If an order has already been charged, processed, packed, or released to fulfillment, a requested change or cancellation may apply only to future renewals, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Canceling a subscription stops applicable future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already entered processing.

Already-processed orders remain subject to our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

We will not use cancellation procedures designed to unlawfully obstruct or delay a valid cancellation request.

Jungle Calling Club, Rewards, and Referrals

Participation in Jungle Calling Club, loyalty rewards, points programs, referral programs, or similar programs is subject to the eligibility requirements and terms disclosed when you join or participate.

Applicable program information may include:

• point earning rates;
• reward redemption options;
• eligibility requirements;
• expiration rules;
• referral requirements;
• promotional restrictions; and
• other program conditions.

Please review our applicable Rewards page, your rewards account, and any program-specific terms for current details.

Qualifying activity may require verification before points, rewards, discounts, or referral benefits are issued.

Referral rewards may depend on the referred customer and qualifying order satisfying the conditions disclosed with the applicable referral offer.

You may not use false accounts, fabricated purchases, self-referrals where prohibited, coordinated abuse, or other fraudulent or misleading activity to obtain points, rewards, discounts, or referral benefits.

Subject to applicable law and program terms, we may investigate suspected misuse and correct, cancel, or reverse rewards that were issued in error or obtained through ineligible or fraudulent activity.

We will provide notice of material program changes where required by applicable law.

Changes will not eliminate rights already earned where applicable terms or law prohibit us from doing so.

Discounts and Amazon Purchase Verification

Discounts and promotional offers apply only to eligible purchases and are subject to the conditions disclosed with each offer.

For offers requiring Amazon purchase verification, you must provide accurate purchase information and satisfy the stated eligibility requirements.

Submitting purchase information does not guarantee that an offer will be approved.

Where an offer refers to a “first website order,” this means a qualifying first purchase made directly through jungle-calling.com, rather than a first purchase of Jungle Calling products through Amazon or another retailer.

We may reject fraudulent, duplicate, unverifiable, or otherwise ineligible requests.

Approved offers remain subject to the eligibility requirements, usage limits, expiration dates, product restrictions, and other conditions disclosed with the offer.

Ambassador, Creator, and Other Collaborations

Participation in a Jungle Calling Ambassador Program, creator collaboration, affiliate relationship, referral partnership, or similar program may require application and approval.

Approved participants are also subject to the program or collaboration terms provided to them.

Those terms may address:

• referral attribution;
• eligible purchases;
• commission calculations;
• payment arrangements;
• content requirements;
• permitted marketing practices;
• cancellations and refunds; and
• other program-specific requirements.

Ambassadors, affiliates, creators, and collaborators must describe their actual experiences honestly and must make disclosures of their relationship with Jungle Calling where required by applicable law.

They may not make false, misleading, unsupported, or unauthorized product, health, veterinary, therapeutic, or performance claims.

Any content usage rights, deliverables, exclusivity requirements, compensation, or other collaboration terms will be governed by the applicable collaboration agreement or program terms.

Electronic Communications

By making a purchase, creating an account, enrolling in a subscription, or otherwise providing contact information in connection with your relationship with us, you agree that we may send electronic communications reasonably necessary to administer that relationship, to the extent permitted by law.

These communications may include:

• order confirmations;
• shipping and delivery notices;
• account notices;
• payment notices;
• security alerts;
• recall or product-safety communications;
• subscription notices;
• policy or legally required notices; and
• customer-service communications.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

Electronic notices may satisfy legal writing requirements to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Email and Mobile Marketing

If you affirmatively subscribe to promotional email or SMS/MMS marketing, those communications will be governed by the disclosures presented at enrollment and applicable law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may change applicable marketing preferences using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP where applicable, or using another legally required opt-out mechanism.

We may retain limited suppression records after an opt-out so that we can continue honoring your preference.

Providing a telephone number for an order, delivery, customer-service request, Amazon purchase-verification request, account-security matter, or other non-marketing purpose does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing texts.

Separate Mobile Messaging Terms may apply if we publish them and clearly disclose their application during enrollment.

Reviews, Photos, Videos, and Other Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit, including reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, and other user-generated content, subject to any rights you separately grant to us.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to submit the content, including permission from identifiable persons where required.

When you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, or video specifically for publication on our website or in the submission channel identified to you, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce as technically necessary, display, and make reasonable formatting or technical adjustments to that content for the purpose for which it was submitted.

We will not edit the substance of a consumer review in a manner that changes its meaning.

Use of ordinary customer review content in paid advertising, unrelated promotional campaigns, or other placements materially beyond the stated submission purpose requires separate permission or another applicable agreement.

Customer-service communications, photographs, or videos submitted to investigate an order, shipping issue, product defect, or safety concern are not automatically authorized for marketing use.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.

We may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, spam, unlawful, threatening, harassing, obscene, unrelated to the product or service, contains private information about another person, infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights, or otherwise may lawfully be restricted.

We do not remove or penalize reviews solely because they are negative.

If an incentive is offered for a review, the incentive must not be conditioned on the review being positive or receiving a particular rating, and any required disclosure of the incentive must be made.

Nothing in these Terms restricts or penalizes your right to provide an honest review or requires you to transfer ownership of your review in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including our brand names, trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, packaging designs, software, and other materials, are owned by Jungle Calling, PAME INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, or their applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted by law or with our written authorization, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or systematically scrape protected website content.

You may use the website in the ordinary manner reasonably necessary for personal shopping, account management, participation in applicable programs, and other lawful personal use.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our website, accounts, services, or programs to:

• engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or malicious conduct;
• impersonate another person or provide materially fraudulent information;
• access or attempt to access another person's account, personal information, or restricted systems without authorization;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the website or services;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
• make fraudulent orders, payment disputes, or chargebacks;
• circumvent applicable purchase, promotion, referral, rewards, or quantity limits;
• manipulate loyalty, referral, review, ambassador, or promotional programs; or
• conduct unauthorized automated scraping or similar automated activity that materially burdens or disrupts the service.

Nothing in this section prohibits lawful security research, lawful reviews or criticism, or other activity that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.

Where reasonably necessary, we may limit or suspend access while investigating or preventing unlawful conduct, fraud, security incidents, or material violations of these Terms.

Any restriction of access does not remove a refund entitlement or other consumer right that exists under applicable law.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use, integrate with, or link to independent third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social networks, review providers, subscription platforms, rewards providers, analytics vendors, advertising partners, marketplaces, and retailers.

Independent third parties generally operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control the independent practices of those third parties.

A link to or integration with a third-party service does not necessarily constitute our endorsement of all content, products, services, or practices of that third party.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility we are required to retain under applicable law for services used to fulfill your transaction with us.

Site Availability and Changes

We take reasonable steps to maintain our website and online services but do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Maintenance, technical problems, service-provider outages, security measures, or other events may temporarily affect availability.

Subject to applicable law and existing paid obligations, we may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue website features, accounts, promotions, or services from time to time.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier failures, utility or telecommunications failures, labor disruptions, government actions, public-health events, major supply interruptions, or cyber incidents not caused by our failure to exercise legally required care.

This section does not excuse any refund, notice, product-safety, recall, or other obligation that applicable law does not permit us to avoid.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website and online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation or that online services will always be free from harmful components.

Any express product warranty or guarantee offered by us is subject to the terms expressly stated on the applicable product page, packaging, or policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any implied warranty, statutory warranty, consumer protection, or other right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jungle Calling and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of the website or online services.

For claims arising solely from the website, customer account, subscription administration, or another online-service issue—and not from personal injury, property damage, a defective or unsafe product, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, statutory damages that cannot lawfully be limited, or another matter for which liability cannot legally be limited—our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the transaction or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply only to the extent enforceable under the law applicable to the claim.

Product and Personal-Injury Claims

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate, disclaim, or unlawfully limit liability for:

• a proven manufacturing defect;
• contamination;
• a legally actionable labeling defect;
• another legally actionable product defect;
• personal injury;
• property damage;
• fraud;
• gross negligence;
• willful misconduct; or
• another duty, liability, warranty, consumer protection, or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Jungle Calling harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising directly from your:

• fraudulent conduct;
• unlawful misuse of our website or services;
• material breach of these Terms; or
• infringement of a third party's legal rights through content or conduct attributable to you.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct, for negligence where such indemnification is prohibited by law, or for product defects or other matters for which we are legally responsible.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal law and the state or other law that applies to the relevant transaction, consumer, or dispute, including any mandatory consumer-protection laws.

These Terms do not currently include a mandatory arbitration provision, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, or exclusive-forum provision.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive a mandatory consumer protection, the right to contact a regulator or government authority, access to a court, or another right or remedy that applicable law does not permit consumers to waive.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, programs, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Where applicable law requires additional notice, affirmative consent, or renewed agreement to a material change, we will provide that notice or obtain that agreement as required.

Changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively eliminate or materially reduce rights that have already accrued unless applicable law permits us to do so.

For ongoing subscriptions or programs, we will provide notices and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Severability, Waiver, and Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

You may not assign obligations under these Terms without our consent where such a restriction is permitted by applicable law.

Entire Agreement and Specific Program Terms

These Terms, together with policies and offer-specific or program-specific terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing the applicable website use, purchase, subscription, promotion, or program participation.

These incorporated materials may include, where applicable:

• our Privacy Policy;
• our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy;
• subscription or Subscribe & Bundle terms;
• Jungle Calling Club or Rewards terms;
• referral offer terms;
• Ambassador or collaboration terms; and
• terms accompanying a specific promotion or offer.

If a specific offer, subscription, or program term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term controls with respect to that offer, subscription, or program to the extent permitted by applicable law.
