Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? Add your treats to the cart and complete checkout. We'll email you an order confirmation.

Which payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We'll do our best, but changes aren't guaranteed once processing begins.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship? Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

How much is shipping? Shipping is free on orders of $19.99 or more after discounts. Orders below this amount ship for $5. Jungle Calling Club members always ship free.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery typically takes about 7 business days after shipment. Check checkout for your estimated delivery time.

How do I track my order? Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track My Order page.

Products & Safety

Are your treats safe for all dogs? Not every treat is suitable for every dog. Check the ingredients and feeding guidelines on the product page and package, and always supervise chewing. If you're unsure, consult your veterinarian.

How should I store the treats? Keep treats sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Follow the storage instructions and Best By date on the package.

How do I choose the right chew for my dog? Consider your dog's size and chewing style when choosing a chew. Follow the product's feeding guidelines and always supervise chewing.

Returns, Warranty & Rewards

What is your return policy? See our Refund and Shipping Policy.

What if my product arrives damaged? Email us within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

How do rewards work? Join Jungle Calling Club to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for rewards. Visit our Rewards page for details.
