ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I place an order? Add the items you want to your cart, then follow checkout. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Which payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order? Email us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed, we are no longer able to change it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order ship? Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same business day, otherwise the next business day.
How long does delivery take? United States 3-7 business days. Canada, UK and Australia 7-15 business days.
How do I track my order? Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track My Order page.

PRODUCTS & SAFETY
Are your treats safe for all dogs? Our treats are made for dogs. Always check the ingredient list, follow the feeding guide on the package and supervise chewing. Not for human consumption.
How should I store the treats? Keep sealed, cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Follow the best-before date on the package.
How do I choose the right chew for my dog? Match the size and hardness of the chew to your dog's size and chewing style.

RETURNS, WARRANTY & REWARDS

What if my product arrives damaged? Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.
