Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, peak periods, or when additional verification is needed.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $19.99 and above ship free.

Orders below $19.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.

Jungle Club members ship free on every order.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery is estimated at 7 business days after shipment. Delivery timing begins after shipment, not when an order is placed. Carrier estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order. Please allow time for carrier scans to update after shipment.

Address Changes

Contact business@jungle-calling.com immediately if an address needs correction. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee changes after an order is packed or handed to the carrier.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or shows delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number and any relevant details. We will review the issue and advise on next steps.
